The program aims to provide free tuition, and fees to financially handicapped but academically qualified (preferably the top-ranking students) graduates of barangay (national) high schools in the province of Batangas who are invited to enroll at De La salle Lipa. |

The foundation has graduated 34 scholars since 2003 who are now gainfully employed. 22 are currently enjoying free Lasallian education under the Foundation. |
