The program aims to provide free tuition, and fees to financially handicapped but academically qualified (preferably the top-ranking students) graduates of barangay (national) high schools in the province of Batangas who are invited to enroll at De La salle Lipa.  
     
  The foundation has graduated 34 scholars since 2003 who are now gainfully employed. 22 are currently enjoying free Lasallian education under the Foundation.
