Each members financially supports at least one scholar until s/he graduated from college. He also provides job opportunities to the scholar and recruits at least one new member who is willing to do the same.
Constant communication with the scholar can help the member understand further the social and financial situation of the grantee. This is also necessary to provide moral support and inspiration to the scholars instead of creating in them the feeling of fear and pressure, which is detrimental to their academic performance.
