Chef Robert Clemeña is the Chief Executive Officer of RoseBerto's Herbs & Spices, Chefs at your Service, and Chef Robert's Table. He is one Chef who truly has had a taste of everything. He first worked as a military journalist. After ten years, he entered the seminary and later became a pioneer Missionary in Papua New Guinea. Unfortunately, he was sent home after being diagnosed with Malaria. He then worked in Divine Word College - Legaspi for three years and thereafter became an instant military officer with a designation of Lieutenant Colonel. It was only after he got married that he became acquainted with the Culinary Arts. When he discovered this new passion, his drive to learn and determination to leave a mark in the said field were revived.
He graduated from De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde Culinary School and completed special courses in Le Cordon Bleu, Paris; Provence, France; and Amici di Don Bosco Culinary School, Makati. Chef Robert is also the Private Executive Chef of the AFP & Corporate Officers. He teaches Basic and Advanced Culinary Arts and Technical Skills.

A relatively cheaper program, the courses offered by LICA take up less time but give more rewards. After just about fifteen months at LICA, the chefs-in-training are guaranteed a job in the field they have worked diligently to master and excel in.
