About
Before enrolling in LICA, Marvin took up BS Management. But because of his inherent love for food, he switched from business management to the culinary arts. "Food, served in a plain style is boring. But give it art and mouthwatering flavors, and it becomes heavenly! That's what I want to lear and improve." He has been with LICA for ten months now, and he is - at present - preparing for "Repertoire," the LICA finals slated for the last week of March. Marvin is also band member (he plays the bass) and he is part of Youth for Christ (YFC).
When it comes to his favorites, Marvin sure isn't picky!

A relatively cheaper program, the courses offered by LICA take up less time but give more rewards. After just about fifteen months at LICA, the chefs-in-training are guaranteed a job in the field they have worked diligently to master and excel in.
