Thee Short Film section of the Off-Beat welcomes students. All films submitted must be available on AVI, MPG, MPEG4 compression.

  • Submissions can be of any genre or category.
  • If your film is accepted, Off-Beat generally screens the submitted film.

Date When Short Film Was Created
No production date required. ESF will accept any short film, no matter when short film was created.
 
Running Time Of Short Films
30 Minutes or Less “No Exceptions”, however, we will accept series of 30 minute segments. For example, TITLE OF SHORT FILM part 1, TITLE OF SHORT FILM part 2 and TITLE OF SHORT FILM part 3.

 
 
Filmmakers of all ages and abilities are invited to submit a film less than 10 minutes in length.
