Q. Do you accommodate auditor student in the classroom? A. Yes, we do. We accommodate sit- in students if there are available slots and upon arrangement of the contract with the Admission and Testing Office; however, we only accommodate auditor students in nursery level starting January.
Q. Are absentees given special tests/quizzes? A. Yes, they are given special tests/ quizzes when there is a valid reason for their absence.
Q. How will I be informed of my child’s progress in school? A. You can set an appointment with your child’s teacher during consultation hours to discuss your child’s progress. The report card is also issued quarterly.
Q. Do you offer tutorial classes after class hours? A. Yes, we do but only to those who actually need it. It is offered to pupils who find it hard to cope with the demands in the classroom.
Q. Can I supervise my child during lunch break? A. Yes, parents can supervise their children during lunch break at the PLC Quadrangle. This place is open to parents from 11:00am to 1:00pm.

Announcement on the suspension of classes shall be made through the public weather station of Fernando Air Base and the front bulletin board on campus. Normally typhoon signals are announced over television and radio stations. Students are advised to tune in to them rather than make calls to school.
Signal #1- No classes for NKP and Leevel 1
Signal #2- No classes for all levels but teachers will report to school
Signal #3- No school
Q. What will I do when my child lost his ID? A. Report the loss to the Year Level Moderator. After a week, the parent must go to the Registrar's Office and fill up the ID replacement form. Payment must be made to the FRD for the replacement of the lost ID.
Q. Do you allow celebration of birthday parties in school? A. No, we don't. Although we allow distribution of loot bags with simple token, this must be done with prior permission from the adviser and the YLM.
Q. Do you allow your students to leave the country during the school year? A. Yes, we may allow our students to leave school during the school year for valid reason. Formal request must be submitted to the Principal. The pupil will be responsible to catch up for whatever lessons she would miss during her absence.
Q. What is CRS? A. Criterion Referenced Sheet (CRS) is the listing of topic and skills to be covered for the quarter. Pupils who are absent for a long time may refer to this, so they can easily catch up.

No Work, No School, No Classes Policy In instances where the school management decides to call off classes or work outside the officially scheduled holidays or non-working days, the following are the guidelines to be followed to avoid any ambiguity in carrying out administrative instructions:
No Classes - Only the students will have no classes, while the faculty and staff are expected to stay and work as per their scheduled official time in school.
No School - there are no classes and no work, however there are scheduled institutional activities where students, faculty and staff must be in the school.
No Work - there are no classes and no work for the faculty and staff.
These guidelines are intended to clarify any confusion that may arise in emergency situation.
