The Primary Learning Community implements a set of standard operating procedures to ensure the safety and security of the pupils.
Parents and guardians are allowed to bring their children to the classroom during assembly time after securing a Visitor’s Pass. During dismissal time, pupils are brought to their respective gate by the teacher where parents can fetch them.
No parents and guardians are allowed to stay inside the campus during class hours except for official business.
During lunch break, parents and guardians may feed their children at the PLC Quadrangle while those who eat inside the classroom are supervised by the teachers and counselors.
When a child is sick, he/she is brought to the school clinic. The school nurse will communicate with the parent when the pupil is advised to go home. The parent/guardian will have to secure Leave School Pass from the Year Level Moderator so they can be allowed by the security guard to leave the school.
The school issues a Special Pass to those parents whose children are handicapped or to those that need special consideration so they can always assist their children.
